Things I do not like: looks too cartoony. Needs a more realistic perspective/angle. More dynamic view point. Perhaps design this in a 3D modelling program. Then, pose it into a very diverse angle, take a snap shot, then render it/load it into photoshop and then overlay it with all the colours/things you have here, WITH, some sort of back ground that is, quite if so facto in the background. Could be scary if you made him scary. Looks like a dumb shit at the moment. Is it alien like? yes.
